Two new cool things in TestComplete 9.30 pt. I - Start Page

While there are plenty of enhancements and new capabilities in the new TestComplete 9.30, there are two that I wanted to call out, but for different reasons. I will cover the Start Page in this posting, and continue tomorrow with what I think the other "cool thing" is in the new release.
Replacing the design that is several years old, we now have a new interactive dynamic Start Page, which packs a ton of information in the same square tab of real estate. The majority of the page is dynamic, which means that we can update that in real time, and it has four content areas:
We hope that this design makes TestComplete experience more interactive and gives you quicker access to the useful resources for your test projects.

Getting Started - where we list the key helpful assets to help new users to ramp up the learning curve. This will be continuously updated as we get more useful stuff for you.
TestComplete forum - this is real time feed from the forum. You'll see the most recent messages from the forum and be able to track what other fellow users are talking about. You can post a new message to the forum right from there as well.
Webinars and Videos - there are quite a few screencasts and Webinars for TestComplete available, and we will be featuring the best ones on a rotating basis here. Just click on the link in the Start Page and view the video in your browser.
SmartBear Corner - this is your SmartBear news feed. We will be featuring news about TestComplete updates and patches, upcoming Webinars, technology, and, yes, introducing you to our other products.
