The white page appear when run the test complete more than 3 hours

I added some scripts in the group and run, but sometimes the white page appears, and cause the script failed(Object cann't found);

So it is the issue for Test Complete or the App?



Test Complete version: 9.20.2460.7

App: Web UI

    Hi Yuan,


     


    TestComplete can get some information about the objects displayed on the screen. However, this doesn't affect them. It looks like you need to investigate your web app to find out why this may happen.

    Is your windows lock screen enabled?



    Try to disable it and check your energy settings, you can set it to "never".
