The 'TWI Common Owner Window' window is invisible and thus cannot be activated.

Hi folks,



First time user of the testcomplete software and am having some major frustrations getting past the above error message.



Basically what I am attempting to do is log into a online portal and launch a number of applications that are published through Citrix.  I have created all my scripts and they work fine when I run them individually, however when I attempt to put them all together into one large test routine every so often I get the error message:



The 'TWI Common Owner Window' window is invisible and thus cannot be activated. 



My script then fails, now if I then go into the individual part of the script where it has failed and run it from this point onwards then the script completes without any further issues.



I have googled the error and looked about the forums but have had no luck.  I really am stumped and would appreciate some guidance.
