Let's analyze the reviewActivityForm mapped object: what mapping criteria are used here?
I just recorded a test and it worked before during playback, now it does not. When I go to Name Mapping and edit the "reviewActivityForm" TestComplete pops up a window saying "Unable to find the object that matches "reviewActivityForm" item.
Check their mapping criteria, as well. You might need to use the Visible or VisibleOnScreen property with the True value in Name Mapping to make TestComplete work with the tab which is currently activated.
How do I use these properties in Name Mapping?
