Hi,
First idea: are you looking in the correct Program Files folder? The case is that if you are on the 64-bit OS, then you must look in the 'Program Files (x86)' folder, but not in the 'Program Files' one.
If the above does not help, I would recommend to deinstall TestComplete (do not unregister license if prompted, just uninstall TC itself) and install it a-new.
