The bar item " " is invisible


Good day!

I have a  problem with items selection, there are a message "The bar Item " " is invisible" appears in the log.

It occurs  when i try to select item from bar, though selection happens  once. After that error occurs.

I've attached screenshots, please have a look.

    Not sure what could be wrong here. Could you please open a support ticket for our support staff to investigate this issue further? Please include the following additional information in your submission (along with the link to this thread):

    * your test project,

    * a snapshot of your tested application after the problem occurs.



    To create a snapshot, follow these steps:

    * Right-click the TestComplete toolbar and check the Save/Load Snapshots item.

    * Run your test to reproduce the error.

    * After the test fails, open the Object Browser and select your tested application's process.

    * On the snapshots toolbar, click Save Object Snapshot.

    * In the dialog, specify the snapshot file name, select All properties and Save child objects recursively and click OK.



    Our support engineers will look into the matter and reply with assistance.

    Should i include whole project or only executable test script? how can i do this?

    The Support Team will need the whole project to examine Name Mapping, project settings, etc.



    The easiest way to send your project to Support is to do this directly from TestComplete:

    * From the TestComplete menu, select Help > Contact Support Team.

    * Enable the Attach an archive containing the project suite to my support request check box and click Continue.

    * Fill in the support request form and, additionally, make sure to attach the application snapshot file (see my previous reply).

    * Click Proceed, and then, Submit the query.

I think im facing the same problem here, i can select one icon inside the UltraToolBardockArea 'X' , but along the test when i need select again this icon, TestComplete iterrupts the test with an error message "The bar item * is invisible". What is causing this issue ? Thanks
