The Support Team will need the whole project to examine Name Mapping, project settings, etc.
The easiest way to send your project to Support is to do this directly from TestComplete:
* From the TestComplete menu, select
Help > Contact Support Team.
* Enable the
Attach an archive containing the project suite to my support request check box and click
Continue.
* Fill in the support request form and, additionally, make sure to attach the application snapshot file (see my previous reply).
* Click
Proceed, and then,
Submit the query.
