testscripts from jenkins not running on testExecute

Are using SessionCreator?

 

Are you using similar parameters for SessionCreator like this?

'C:\Program Files (x86)\SmartBear\TestExecute 15\x64\Bin\SessionCreator.exe' RunTest /UserName:UserX /password:PasswordX /UseActiveSession /ScreenResolution:"1920*1080" /ProjectPath:"C:\Sandbox\TestComplete\ALS\ALS.pjs" /ExportLog:"C:\Sandbox\Log\index.html" /ExportSummary:"C:\Sandbox\Log\summary.html"

 

Is your VM always unlocked? Do you use tscon?

    Our sessionCreator parameters is same as you shown. I have even provided that in my initial post.

    We are using VM and it's not unlocked always. We are not using tscon.
