I'm getting the same problem when I run my tests from visual studio or from a bat like this
"c:\Program Files (x86)\SmartBear\TestComplete 9\Bin\TestComplete.exe" /r "E:\glp\6-imp\src\GLPAutTest\BeforeProduction\GLPConfiguration\ManageTrackDestinations\ManageTrackDestinations.pjs" /SilentMode /e
