TestExecute/TestRunner API run an Execution Plan?

I'm trying to setup CI/CD integration to TestExecute/TestRunner via the API hosted on port 1880.  I have everything working to where I can upload a project create a suite/instance/... but when I view runnables all I see are individual tests or @taggd tests.  I don't see test groups in the Execution Plan listed.  I can run individual tests fine but I want to run Parallel Groups configured in the Execution Plan so they run againts BitBar instead of on the local sever.  Does anyone know how to do this?
