TestExecute Port 27015
What is TE attempting to connect to on loopback port 27015. I see this behavior regardless of test, and it immediately starts once the test has been started for execution.

Actually, after looking at this more closely, the port is being claimed when TE is started up.
What is TE attempting to do with this loopback.
