I have changed the code to:
echo Stay in Testexecute: RegressionTest
:loop
start /wait "TestExecute" "C:\Program Files\Automated QA\TestExecute 7\Bin\TestExecute.exe" "C:\TestComplete\TargitAppi\TARGITTestSuite.pjs" /p:TARGITRegressionTest /run /exit /SilentMode
GOTO loop
... It works now.
