TestExecute - Mensagem: File because it is not a valid project suite or project file

Good morning

We have TestComplete license in version 12.50.4142.7 and TestExecute in version 11.31.2420.11.

When opening the project, the message appears: "Cannot open the 'C:\git\TestComplete\checklist\checklist.mds' file because it is not a valid project suite or project file."

Can you help me open the project in TestExecute? 

 

What is the possible solution?

    You are using two different major versions, and I doubt v11.31.2420.11 will open a project that's developed in v12.50.4142.7.

     

    Have you thought about updating TestExecute to v12?
