TestCompleteService11.exe randomly uses Full CPU once a day

Since i've installed TestComplete, i have a nearly daily occurance, that my CPU is going to 100%.   It's always the TestCompleteService11.exe that is doing that.   This happened during the Trial...

Possibly the remote test invocation in Jenkins?  (I'm not sure about that.  I haven't tried it out.)

Thanks again ... I think I will try it out on one of our machines. Meanwhile, I'm hoping that someone from SmartBear responds to this thread.
