TestComplete with Team Foundation Server 2013

I am new to TestComplete and Team Foundation Server (TFS) so I have a few questions for the community. 

1. If you are using TFS do you have any tips or have you experienced any issues?
2. I noticed through reading the docs there are warnings about storeing Visualizer images in TFS. Would anyone have any tips for me on this?
3. The docs also mention storing project suits instead of individual projects.  Pros Cons?  I understand this is mainly to minimize issues when multiple testers check things in and out.  Is there an optimal way of handleing this?
