TestComplete with Infragistic tols and componenet one

I am trying to automate .net winapp which is using thrid party controls like Infragistic tools 2009, Componenet one flex grids. I am unable to record verification point. It records the whole menu, ...

To help us investigate the behavior, please record a simple test demonstrating the actions you need to perform on the target controls, execute the test, zip the entire project suite folder along with the test execution logs, and send us the archive.





Also, we need the information about the controls we requested in the previous post.
