a) Are you really consider the writing you've mentioned to be a review???
b) It is outdated - TestComplete already supports Mobile testing;
c) For me - TestComplete is like a Ferrari while Selenium is like a regular Fiat - you can make Fiat to look and drive better and be more convenient for you, but you must put your time and money for this;
d) Indeed, the only thing that might be considered as a disadvantage of TestComplete is that it is Windows application and thus cannot run on Mac. But have you seen a lot of really cross-platform products that are compiled simultaneously for Windows and Mac (or Mac and Android) and that can and should be tested using the same tests?
e) TestComplete provides a great infrastructure and supports a way more technologies than Celenium (like a real Ferrari :) ), so there is practically no reason to mention them all here because most probably some of them will be irrelevant for you. The best bet is to go through the recordings here (
