TestComplete support for App built on Net 4.0, MVC 3.0, & IIS 7.5

I'm trying to have tool feasibility for touch screen based app (Regular desktop supported as well) built with Net 4.0, MVC 3.0, & IIS 7.5.
OS: Windows 7, 64 bit.
I'm using TestComplete 9.1 and have default extensions. However none of the UI controls are recognized. Can someone help please?
