TestComplete Results - reporting Format
Is there any way of getting Test complete results in graphical manner.
Is there any plugin or DLL can I use to get my test complete results in HTML format with graphical representations and count.

You may want to checkout one of my HTML reporting facility which can be used in yours.
Can I get the same for C# scripting , If available.

Does the built in Log.SaveResultsAs(folder, lsHTML, true, 0) not work for you?
