Uninstall and re-install. From what I can figure, it seems to be something that didn't get processed correctly with the auto-update done via the TestComplete tool itself. A re-install fixed it.

This thread is over a year old and is for an older version of TC than the current version.
Suggestion: Contact support directly as this may be an entirely new problem.
