Testcomplete performance slow while accessing Microsoft Dynamics CRM objects

Hello Team,

 

I am using TestCOmplete (V10.40) for testing Microsoft Dynamics CRM (7.0.0.3543) based application on Chrome Browser(40.0.2214.115).

 

I am experiencing performace slowness while spying/mapping objects on the many pages (More than 3 minutes to spy an object).

Also execution time is more than expectation.

Can you please suggest if there is any compatibility issues with MS Dynamics Application or Test Complete version?

    Hi Pratiksha,

     

    Just a guess: can you monitor CPU and memory usage when the slowness happens? AFAIK, MS Dynamics is a complex web application with a complex internal structure and a lot of intermediate web elements, so it might be that TestComplete just lacks resources to process page structure and subsequent changes.
