Testcomplete OCR extension not working in jenkins

Hi team,

 

I've a OCR extension with my testcomplete tool. Am running my automated code in a locally, it's works fine. But while doing same thing in jenkins, it's getting failed i.e., The script getting failed while OCR line comes. Can anyone help me on this.

    whats the error message from the failed test step when you run from jenkins

    could you include a screenshot of the logs with the test step that fails as well as the details tab of that test step as well

        What is the "login verification" that failed? If possible please attach image of TestComplete test steps.
