Hi Balint,
When TestComplete crashes, it shows the crash report window from where you can send the report to our Support team. The path to the saved crash report is displayed in this window as well.

But if i dont have support, I have only one dmp file, and this is not enought to analize the problem :(

Use can use this Contact Support form for this.
BTW, have you tried using TestComplete 9.30 (our newest product version)? Maybe you won't face the problem in it.
