Testcomplete fails to click on the counter and tabs

Hello,

I'm trying to run Testcomplete on the website http://staybridge04.vfmltest.com/en/ but after playing back my recording it would not click on the "Dining Two " tab after clicking on the "About US ONE" tab. Also, Testcomplete will not click on the "+" counter.
