TestComplete Crash

Question

Hello,&nbsp;When I launch Run on a project, the tested application is launched, then I have the following error:&nbsp;TestComplete has encountered a problem in module BMP2TextServer.dll and needs to close.We are sorry for the inconvenience.&nbsp;Please find attached the error.&nbsp;Any help is appreciated&nbsp;Thanks
