Hello Mike,
To help us investigate why TestComplete hangs, please follow the steps below:
- run the ReportGenerator.exe utility from the <TestComplete 9>\Bin folder;
- click Next (this will start TestComplete) and reproduce the problematic situation;
- when TestComplete hangs, click the Generate memory dump button;
- wait for about five minutes and click the button again;
- repeat the previous step one more time, generate a report and send it via our Contact Support form.
