Unfortunately, this information appears to be not enough for us to determine the cause of the problem. So, we look forward to getting screenshots of the Object Browser with your application's internals exposed.
If you have already sent the screenshots to our Support Team, could you please tell me the ticket number specified in the auto-reply message you got after submitting the request? This will help me make sure that we have received your request.
