This is a known problem. To correct this, follow the steps below:
1. In Internet Explorer, open
this page (ignore the certificate error if shown).
2. If it is not opened, check the Internet connection with the network administrator.
3. If it is opened fine, check whether your network provides access to the Internet through a proxy server/firewall that requires user authentication. If this is the case, ask your network admin to provide direct Internet access for your machine to complete the activation procedure or use the manual activation procedure (see the
Manual Activation Procedure help topic for more information).
