TestComplete 7.2 cannot recognize WPF dialog buttons

TestComplete 7.2 (Demo) cannot recognize WPF alert and Popup dialgo window's buttons like OK ,Cancel, Set etc., It recognizes only the window not its buttons. Even we tried findallchildren using...
