    Sure sonya_m , as soon there will be solution, but I've start to losing  my faith.

    So far, I didn't get any technical advice how to solve it.
    Instead of, I need to lose my time and make a forth time the same try, like they don't belive me, that my files are patched.

      React  I am sure the support team will be able to help, I see that that communication stopped on Feb 23, could you check you received the last email from support where they are asking for details from your side?
