TestComplete 15.53 automatically closing and we are getting this popup

Hi Team,

              Yesterday onwards we are getting testcomplete automatically closing and we are getting one popup. Could please find the attachment for the reference. I am using TestComplete 15.53 version. While we are executing test cases we are getting this popup

    At what point though? What is it doing?

      After Develop the test script we are executing the test script then we are getting the issue . Not interminent it is continuously coming the popup and testcomplete is closing
