TestComplete 14.40 stopped storing pictures in logs after Windows 11 update (Build 26100.4652)

Hi everyone,

After updating my system to Windows 11 Enterprise, build 26100.4652, TestComplete Version 14.40.1658.7 x64 stopped saving pictures in the test logs. It was working fine before the update.

 

Has anyone else encountered this issue or found a solution?

    TestComplete 14.40 does not officially list Windows 11 among its supported operating systems. From what I remember, the system requirements for TestComplete 14.40 specify support for Windows 7 through to Windows 10. Windows 11 was released after TestComplete 14.40, and therefore, most likely not officially supported.

      And isn't there currently some way of showing the call stack? Because sometimes it appears and sometimes it doesn't

        On the latest release of TestComplete, the call stack is able to show up on a windows 11 machine. Please upgrade and let us know if the issue persists.
