Testcomplete 11.20.1941 hangs during testing a java application with csharp script

Hello, we do some testing with a java desktop application, by using a csharp script/ csharp application. Normally the first run looks very well. If we repeat the run in a loop the testcomplete application sometimes hangs and we must use taskmanager to kill the application. In a loop means, that we do every loop from scratch (start csharp app, start java app, ...), without a restart. First run means, after the pc has started. The java and the csharp application has no problems at this time, where testcomplete hangs. In the workspace of the project there are no negative (error, warning or something else) logs. In the loop, the only application that's never restarted is the testcomplete service.

    Has the test totally finished in the first run when the second run is started?  Are java and your app being started from TestComplete or outside it?  I'm wondering if the first run is still writing a log or something in the background when the looping is happening.
