TestComplete 10.0.531 : DPI mismatch
Hi,
I have been using testcomplete for more than an year. Recently got my laptops upgraded (Full HD : 1920x1080).
The main use of test complete is to compare images. After the laptop upgrade, all my region comparison test fail.
I could not find any better help in forums. Is there a way to change my present laptop settings to match the previous one??
I have tried the following procedures but none worked:
1. Change the system resolution to 1366x768 (Which was similar to my previous laptop)
2. Change dpi to "smaller" i.e. 96 pixels per inch (similar to my old laptop)
3. Disable display scaling on high DPI settings for my application that is being tested.
Note: Another major difference between the present and previous laptop is the present laptop is installed with Windows 7 64-bit but the previous one was installed with windows 7 32-bit.
Example images attached where the expected image has different pixel dimensions and the actual image has different pixel dimensions
