Hello Tanya,
I have tried the same options. If you check my previous post:
1. Screen resolution
2. DPI Setting
3. Display Scaling
Other options in the "Factors Affecting Image Comparison" are not related to the reasons my tests failing.
If you check the images attached in my first post, the diference between the two images is it's pixel size.
My refernce image's dimension is 266x132 but in my new laptops with the same version of application when tested, it captures the image with 354x162.
Capture_Compare_2.jpg shows the difference between the images which is similar to the screen resolution issue in "Factors Affecting Image Comparison".
Please let me know if there is any other procedure to solve the same without changinig the reference region images.
