Test Rail Report configuration in Test Complete.

There was a topic several years ago where someone integrated Test Rail with TestComplete.  You can find the full thread at https://community.smartbear.com/t5/TestComplete-Questions/Integration-TestRail-and-TestComplete/td-p/120998 (H/T to AlexKaras ) See if that gets you started.

Note that there is no "official" integration of Test Rail with TestComplete so any such integration would have to be some sort of custom code, either borrowed from someone else or written yourself.
