You can use the following website https://convertingcolors.com/decimal-color-65535.html?search=Decimal(65535) to convert your decimal value to a colour.
Since you have not mentioned what the object is, refer to the properties of the object and this will give you an indications as to what object type it is i.e. font, background etc.
