Test Complete stopped recording

Hi



I was working with test complete since morning, it was working fine initially but now it is not recording any credentials/ actions.



Is there any configuration for the same? If yes please let me know.

    We had same issue with recording, I had to re-start the computer then we are OK for some time, after few mintues again come across same issue.. Is there any standard record/play back settings will need to select prior to record or play back?
