Test Complete stopped recording

Question

HiI was working with test complete since morning, it was working fine initially but now it is not recording any credentials/ actions.Is there any configuration for the same? If yes please let me know.

@Arvind, make sure that Record user actions over tested applications only isn't checked in your project.

@Kavinder, the problem you describe is very strange. Are you using TestComplete 9.20? How long do you observe this problem?

We had same issue with recording, I had to re-start the computer then we are OK for some time, after few mintues again come across same issue.. Is there any standard record/play back settings will need to select prior to record or play back?
