To restore the default settings, try deleting the following folder:
Windows 7, Vista, Server 2008:
C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\AutomatedQA\TestComplete\7.0\
Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Local Settings\Application Data\AutomatedQA\TestComplete\7.0\
