Test Complete loss previous project while i kill the testcomplete9 services

the test complete will loss the prevoius opening project while i have to kill the testcomplete9 service as some unkown issue.

is there possible to save the history project when i open test complete again.?

    Actually, closing TestComplete correctly doesn't lead to the previously opened project loss. I suppose you have to terminate the service because of this issue, right? So, the problem with the high memory consumption should be resolved first.
