Test complete getting hanged, when using object spy in window application

Hi,

Version: 9.3 of Test complete
Application: Window application
In window application while spying the object for a particular model popup or window , test complete is getting hanged. Could not able to proceed furtherly.
Normally object spy is working for application. When i tried to drag for the popup, its not responsive.
Can you please help me to sort out the issue.

      No, its not possible .While mapping need to drag the spy for the particular object right?

      while drag itself getting hanged(either testcomplete or application have to be closed then system become responsive)

        Just as an experiment, can you try closing all the other applications on that machine and just leave TestComplete and the tested app open?  See if you can select the object after that.
