Test cases with MS Test

We can write  unit test cases with MS Test and integrate with Test complete.Is this  a better option rather that use Test complete for Unit test cases?

Thanks.I have one more question.

 

If I use MS test i can use Dot Cover as code coverage tool that can be integrated with Team city.If I write test cases  with Test Complete how can we achieve code coverage?
