TC\TE Versions 15.70-15.71 - Unable to open due to license or token issue

After a:
- complete deinstallation
- update to LicenseManager-2.5.0
- update to TestComplete1578SLM.exe
- switch default Browser from FireFox to Edge

i was able to activate license for TC on one VM. will test on further machines next week
