Thank you for the report, but it looks like we need to collect another report from your application anyway:
- configure TestComplete as described here and here;
- start your application and TestComplete and prepare them for the problematic test run;
- run the ReportGenerator.exe utility and proceed with the Attach to process option to attach to your application;
- run your test and reproduce the problem;
- when you see the access violation exceptions in the utility's Application event view, click the Generate... button immediately;
- if the collected report can be saved successfully, send it via our Contact Support form.
