We need some additional information to investigate the problematic situation. Please follow the steps below:
- run the ReportGenerator.exe utility from the <TestComplete 9>\Bin folder (or from the <TestComplete 9>\x64\Bin folder if your application is a 64-bit application);
- select Launch application and click Next;
- specify the path to your application and click Next (this will start your application);
- run another instance of ReportGenerator.exe and click Next (this will start TestComplete);
- reproduce the situation, generate two reports and send them via our Contact Support form.
