Tc cannot see all child objects

Hi,



Our AUT display document pages,sometimes the document has a lot of pages so it can't display all of them and if the user want to see the other pages it needs to scroll the pages and expose them.TC somehow can't see the other child pages unless i'll scroll the pages for him and expose them.which is weird because sometime i need to click page that is not currently in the view and TC cannot find it.



is there any explanation for that?

    Well as talking to our developers i found out it is by design,try to have high performance but,that causing TC not to find the unexposed object.

    that is really a hard to solve for me.i would like to get help from you guys.waisted to much time on solving this one.

    Hi Ofer,


    You can ask the application developers whether there are native properties or methods in your application's objects that you can use in your tests to accomplish the task. Or, you can check the existence of the child pages, and if they do not exist, simulate pressing the [Page Down] key.
