TC 12.31 error TCHookX64.exe
We recently installed TC 12.31 on Windows 10 machines. While it is working fine on most machines (Win 7 and 10) we have installed it on, I am seeing this error on a few computers. What is the resolution for this?

There are potentially multiple reasons for this. If you've already tried the uninstall/reinstall route, then I'm not sure what to try next. This is one of those situations where I'd suggest contacting TestComplete support folks directly at https://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=TestComplete
