Suppress save after test execution

I have a test that is executed from a share location, the test modifies the command line, for the tested application, during execution. The test ends at different times and when all tests have finished, I get a dialog that asks me to reload the tested apps item. I think it is due to the modification of the command line that this happens, so if I either could suppress the requirement to save after execution or to force the tested apps item back to its initial state so that a save isn't required my problem would be solve. Or, if anyone out there as other suggestions, I would be very grateful.

(Splitting the test into one per computer is not an option)
