Hi again.
I would like to refresh this thread.
Indeed, our dev team is using DataBinding more and more often.
I am reluctant to create specific script function in order to support this.
First, I will loose TestRecorder feature, and I will increase the maintenance of our code.
As Tanya said "As you are using Data Binding, this behavior is expected as in this case, items of a tree view can contain complex objects that cannot be represented by a string value." I am surprised by this argument. Indeed, I cannot see how a WPF.Control.TextBlock could not be represented by a String.
I would really like to provide our dev team the procedure in order to TestComplete to be able to work with their products.
Otherwise, I can not believe there is nothing we can do (appart from create a script) to make this major DotNet feature work with TestComplete.
