Support for ToolTip

We are using 8.2 TC version. I was trying to automate a test plan which deals with html element. I have a scenario where i need to validate the tooltip of the element. Problem is the tooltip moves with the mouse pointer. Do we have any other ways by which we can map the tool tip object using TC.
