Support for ToolTip

Hello,



We are using 8.2 TC version. I was trying to automate a test plan which deals with html element. I have a scenario where i need to validate the tooltip of the element. Problem is the tooltip moves with the mouse pointer. Do we have any other ways by which we can map the tool tip object using TC.

    An approach to validate a tooltip may vary based on the tooltip used in your app. So, tell us more about the way your tooltip is implemented. What kind of application (WPF, .NET, VCL) are you testing?


     


    BTW, TestComplete 9.10 released the new feature to support Win32 tooltips.
